Wedding Bar Hire Packages

First things first, CONGRATULATIONS! We know that planning a wedding is exciting but can also be stressful. We're here to make sure that the wedding bar is the least of your worries.

Does it ever feel like the word 'wedding' adds an extra zero to everything? Well, that's not how we think at The Copper Top! Here, hire costs for weddings are exactly the same as any other event we can be hired for and often end up being even more flexible!

*These packages mostly relate to The Copper Top Bar (Horsebox) and The Rustic Top, but we can also provide tailor made packages for The Copper Teardrop fizz van.

Prep-Paid Bar Packages

If you'd like to generously provide drinks to your guests then we have a few different pre-paid packages available and we're sure we'll have something to suit you and your day. However, we can also provide personalised packages and bespoke cocktails, created especially for you and your special day.

The Full Shabang
Unlimited drinks for your guests for the entired day (up to 10 consecutive hours). This includes Prosecco, wine, bottled beers, spirits, soft drinks and 2 cocktails.

£45 pp.

What a Reception

Unlimited drinks for 6 consecutive hours, which includes all of the drinks options as above. Followed by a paid bar/tab after the 6 hours.

£35 pp.

If you'd like to include arrival drinks, table wine and bubbles for the speeches then we can also arrange these aspects for you.

The above prices are dependent on numbers.

Cash Bar Only

If you'd like a Cash Bar for the day, where your guests can pay for their own drinks, then no problem! The Copper Top can provide a fully licenced bar service and experienced staff.

Our bar menu can be personalised so if there is something specific you are hoping for then just let us know!

We can also work with you to create bespoke cocktails, especially for you and your special day.

We do ask that we are the only supplier of alcohol on the day, however if you would like to supply/serve any drinks to your guests then our minimum spend will be £1,500.

Dry Hire

You may be purchasing your own drinks to be served to your guests, in which case, The Copper Top bar can be hired on a dry hire basis with the bar and staff provided. Prices start from £650, depending on how many guests you have and how long you'd like us for!
